1. Define the application, process, current material and end market.
2. Specify performance, color, appearance and estimated volume.
3. TDS: product identity, units, methods and test conditions.
4. COA: product, lot, date, test items and results.
5. SDS: identification, handling, storage and safety.
6. GRS/RCS: check entity, site, validity, product/process scope and relevant transaction certificates.
7. Connect material data to samples, equipment, processing and part validation.
